Showcase 2009: London

On the most recent tour, the European Showcase, we landed in London very early in the morning on day one, which left us with a lot more time than we’d anticipated. We started with an walking tour which took us to the Houses of Parliament and Parliament Square.

Airports and Train Depots

Traveling by myself, with students, and with family, I’ve spent some time enjoying the (dis)comforts of many an airport. The worst was waiting 12 hours in Washington Dulles International Airport on our way to Ethiopia.
